Working with Taylor Builders was a genuinely great experience from start to finish. Our kitchen remodel took place during Covid, which came with a lot of unknowns and anxiety. Inventory shortages were common, and we were dealing with a space that potentially had a load-bearing wall, meaning our options were unclear until demolition was already underway. Getting quotes for multiple contingencies felt overwhelming, and it was hard to know what to expect.
Taylor Builders went above and beyond to help us navigate those uncertainties. They proactively ordered countertops and appliances early and stored them in their warehouse to avoid delays. When challenges arose, they found solutions, including rerouting pipes and wiring to make our vision a reality. Throughout the process, they kept us informed about the budget so there were no surprises, which gave us real peace of mind.
We are extremely happy with the final result and truly enjoyed working with the Taylor Builders team. I recommend them without hesitation and have already encouraged friends to use them for their projects.
